A delectable set of breaks, rife with funky sensibilities, hummable melodies, cool electro sounds, with a dose of house and prog mixed in for good measure, all lined with massive, techy bass lines is what’s in Bernto’s musical melting pot.

Over the past 6 years, this Nisher, now residing in Calgary, has played at many major events and both major festivals in Atlantic Canada, establishing himself as an authority of good tunes and solid mixing along the way. A few highlights in his short career thus far are opening, with fellow Nisher DVD, for one of the larger names in breaks/tech-funk, Meat Katie, and sharing the same stage with internationally known names such as Mark Farina, DJ Heather, MO7s, Myagi, & The Phat Conductor/ill.Gates.

As the crowds he's animated from the East coast to the West coast of Canada will attest, whether alone or with long time Eclectic Heat partner Johnny Sleep Dep, Bernto always promises to gets you movin’ and saying “Fuck yah!”.
