Sam Vipond
Sam Vipond brings an electic mix of sounds to the dancefloor, from mid-tempo glitch, to dubstep, fidget, funky breaks and beyond. When not composing electro-acoustic soundscapes, film scores, or playing drums and electronics with the improv unit Corse, Vipond is taking a dance floor for an unpredictable ride of deep wobbly basslines and funky ridiculousness, fused together in his own unique style. He has recently performed alongside Sub Swara, Eskmo, Neighbour, Intoccabile and Speakerbrusier, among others. You can catch him holding it down every month at the Freedembass dubstep monthly with the Dig.it.al crew in Montreal.
