Single genre sets are a thing of the past. JayFresh is one of the premier party rockers in Alberta playing anything and everything for over thirteen years. Glitch Hop, House, Breaks, Future Bass, Drum & Bass, Hip Hop, Funk, and much more with quick mixes, tight cuts, and some acapellas for good measure. Always armed with an arsenal of tunes, you’ll hear something fresh every time in any one of his sets.
JayFresh is no stranger to high profile events as he’s opened for some of the biggest names in the industry including A.Skillz, Krafty Kuts, Nick Thayer, Justin Martin, Opiuo, and AC Slater, to name a few. On the festival circuit, JayFresh has performed at some of Western Canada’s most sought-after festivals including Shambhala, Motion Notion, Astral Harvest, and Awakening. You can also see him at some of Western Canada’s premier events such as Act A Fool and Edmonton Electronic Music Festival.
Aside from DJ’ing, JayFresh is also a key player in the Grande Prairie and area electronic music scene. Owner and founder of Freshly Squeezed Entertainment, he has been one of the main promoters in the North to bring acts from all around the world since 2009. The future is looking bright and 2015 promises to be another exciting year of great music and events for the Peace Area.
