Calgary based production duo Chuurch is comprised of West Coast Music Award nominated producer, Justin MacLean aka Makemdef & St. Francis Xavier University Jazz Music Alumnus Jeff Wilson Aka EviCtion. Separately, both artists have had successful careers in music with nearly a combined 3 million Youtube views, as well as over 100 thousand Soundcloud plays.
Chuurch has already generated massive buzz worldwide starting with their Perfect Driver Podcast going #1 most popular podcast on iTunes in less than a month. As well as kicking off the Shambhala Music Festival 2016 Mix series. Both sets feature all original & remixed productions along with one of the newest most sought after hip-hop artists, Vince Staples and Canadian musical phenomenon, The Weeknd.
Their first EP Chuurch. I,[Perfect Driver Music] released at the end of May, debuted on the Top 100 Releases on Beatport & Juno. Reaching #71 in the world and held Tracks in the Top 100 for most of month.
