Wasko AV is a multimedia and creative technology studio specializing in projection, production and motion graphics design. Our mission is to push the boundaries about what is possible within a space and use the environment as a canvas to create unique experiences for audiences of all types. With a passion for live event production, we specialize in bringing people together through a harmony of technology and art.
Wasko AV was born in the festival world.
In the summer of 2013 Atlantic Canada had a shift in live music culture with elaborate stage design and visual arts becoming a prominent component of the live experience, particularly with electronic music. Wasko AV (then called Wasko Visuals) was contributing projection mapping and set design to select events at the time, and there was a sense of demand for new media technology in the world of event production. That demand has since grown exponentially with a budding scene expanding around emerging technology and visual arts, which spilled over to a range of clientele seeking captivating visual experiences. Our capabilities and area of focus has expanded for a range of production – from stages for nightclubs, festivals and touring acts to installations for theatre, weddings, corporate functions and more . Wasko AV has had the opportunity to work with countless prominent artists and organizations. This visual journey has taken Wasko AV all over eastern Canada and U.S.A, and continues to grow internationally with more elaborate designs and tours on the immediate horizon.
