Mrs. Hippie is a new product of old talks. The band’s history starts in 2012 when drummer Ryan Barrie and guitarist Logan Colter first started talking about a potential project between the two. A trip to Australia in 2013 put the potential project on stand by, but the talks never stopped. Upon Barries return, the project fired up immediately and the two began working on original material. With the addition of Adam Savoie’s abilities on bass, the trio set out to perfect their spin on Rock N’ Roll. To date, Mrs. Hippie has a self released EP “Champagne”, which earned the group a nomination for “Rock Artist of the Year” at the 2015 Music/Musique New Brunswick Awards.
