Brett Jönes is the kind of dj who wants to not only make you dance, but leave you with a consistent smile. The intentions of the music Brett plays is to bring new friends together & preexisting friends closer. Brett’s style of music is a mixture of Chill Trap, Psy/Future Bass with influences of some jazz & kawaii pop melodies. While listening to Brett play, you are likely to be reminded of childhood and video games that you may have played or cartoons/anime that you may have watched.
Brett always loved playing music for people & started out by djing at house parties in Halifax & PEI.
He had his first official gig at Baba’s Lounge in January 2016 & has progressed quite quickly, performing at many shows since then.
Brett is working towards producing original music & progressing further in the art of music.
