Mitchell Pineo & JR Loeb are an electronic music/DJ duo formed in Halifax, Nova Scotia, playing and producing their own blend of futuristic but nostalgic beats with soothing beach vibes. Their award winning DJ sets and hybrid live show are influenced by decades of music, from electro to alt-rock, and all the classics. The two have won multiple ECMA’s and produced chart-topping remixes on Hype Machine for major labels and artists. The PINEO & LOEB live show features a genre sprawling song selection packed with their own productions, often backed by an ever changing line-up of talented guest performers including live vocals, guitar, sax, fiddle and more. Playing countless shows, including the East Coast’s best festivals and a residency at Halifax’s top nightclub, PINEO & LOEB are producing an ever-expanding collection of upcoming releases.
