Adam Dixon aka Kardynal Syn has been full tilt slinging dirty house tunes for 10+ years now. Finding an interest and love for house music back in early 2005 after going to a few local clubs for some house music shows as well as some underground afterhours parties it was clear at that point that he wanted to be a house music dj.
After a couple years of honing his skills behind the wheels of steel he was able to debut in the ”Port City” opening for international dj/producers WoNK, Jon-E Industry, Robb G and Felguk as well as playing local clubs such as BOOM! and Fusion Nightlife in Fredericton. Evolution, Cougars Lounge, Pump Nightclub, Peppers Pub, The Brickhouse, 808 Afterhours and Rain Afterhours in Saint John and Reflections Cabaret in Halifax. Having also played multiple times at such festivals as the Evolve Music Festival, Midsummer Madness, Collaborate & Listen and the Future Forest Music Festival. In 2015 & 2016 he was selected both years out of 200 plus dj’s to play at the 2015 and 2016 Holy Ship! pre-party and after-party at Space Night Club in Miami, Florida put on by HARD record label.
Making his mark in the Maritime scene with his feel good sounds of bassline jackin’ house mixed with electro/fidget house bombs has garnered him with the nickname of ”Kardy Party Tunes” with nothing but fist pumping, floor thumping fat basslines to take you through the night..or till the early morning. So in the near future when you see the name of Kardynal Syn on a flyer or poster in your town, in a club or on a Facebook event..book the night off work, get a sitter for the kids and pick up a pair of new dancing shoes too or at least some Dr. Scholls because your feet are gonna take a beating on the dancefloor from the Kardy Party Choonz!
