DERB is a DJ/Producer hailing from the backwoods of Kingston, New Brunswick with a sound that is a mix of Moombahton, Dubstep with the occasional bits of Trap & Twerk mixed in. In 2010 while still in school, DERB started his journey to becoming a DJ. Working for his schools Tech & Dance crew, he spun at school dances and parties on the weekends. “Music has been with me my whole life,” recalls DERB. “I love watching people dance & just having an awesome time. It was not about anything else when I was a kid”. He has been fortunate to play alongside acts such as Black Tiger Sex Machine, BUKU, Abstract Sonance among others during his career. With releases on Lasersquid Records & Moombahton Central Records as well as plans to release his first EP “Deep Down & Derby” in June of 2017, DERB is definitely on the right path in his musical journey.
