Dekz has been making noise all across the East Coast of Canada for the past 8 years. From playing the biggest nightclubs, touring campuses, throwing down at festivals such as Evolve, Helm Fest and Future Forest along with spinning aboard 3 Caribbean cruise ships, he is definitely one of the most exciting Eastern Canadian acts to follow.
Since moving back to PEI in 2014 he has hosted many elecronic nights to help grow the scene on the island, most notably is his monthly “Future Funk” which has been going for 4 years.
His productions try to put a fresh take on sub genres of house which he is constantly throwing down in his sets. He has also landed him opening slots for a wide range of international acts including Chris Lorenzo, Valentino Khan, Adventure Club. Grandtheft, Sleepy Tom, SNBRN, Kaytranada and more!
