Sweet Dee is a fresh face in Halifax, Nova Scotia where she quickly rose as a DJ. Grew up in Prince Edward Island, surrounded by many talented musicians including her father and her brother. Both were producing and performing since she was a little girl. Sweet Dee brought her charm and talent to Halifax where she is able to collaborate with many artists of her kind.
Her performance as a young female DJ has been inspired by many genres of house music, including most of tech house, deep house, bass house, progressive and ect. She may be sweet but she loves a heavy bass line that will keep you on your feet.
Attending Evolve Festival on her 19th birthday in 2012 was where she was heavily influenced in the EDM culture and the dream to be a DJ. This year we celebrate her 25th birthday as Evolve Festival celebrates their 20th anniversary!
