Dreaming of late sixties fuzz rock and blues, Brothers is a wonderful combination of new and old. Artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Cream, and Nirvana can be heard throughout their music, as well as new artists like The Sheepdogs, Wolfmother, and The Black Keys. Their mission: to bring fuzzy blues into the 21st century. From dirty guitar, thumping bass, pounding drums, and more emotion and energy imaginable, Brothers is an act that is guaranteed to lay it all on the floor.
With their distinguished style of “Meat and Potatoes Rock and Roll,” the power trio has spent the past two years proving that Rock and Roll is still very alive. Based out of Fredericton, the group has been playing regularly within the local bar scene, as well as a few endeavors outside the city limits. On January 18th, Brothers released their debut album “Let It Rain,” and they are currently working on their second album.
